UPHSD, StratEd Global partner to offer graduate programs in Middle East
The Graduate School of the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) has inked an educational partnership with StratEd Global Middle East to bring its graduate programs directly to working professionals across the Gulf region.
Through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), UPHSD and StratEd Global aim to bridge the gap between overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and professionals of all nationalities in accessing higher education, offering flexible and globally recognized pathways to advance their careers while working abroad.
Under the agreement, StratEd Global Middle East will serve as the strategic and educational partner of UPHSD in the region, for a convenient and hassle-free enrollment in master’s and doctorate programs such as Business, Education, Public Administration, Nursing, Psychology, and Hospital Administration.
Among the advanced degree offerings available for the second semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 are Master of Business Administration, Doctor of Business Administration, Doctor of Public Administration, Master in Public Administration, Master of Arts in Nursing, and Doctor of Philosophy in Education with specializations in Educational Management, English, Science, and Physical Education.
Officials from both institutions formalized the strategic collaboration during the MOA signing event on January 20, 2026, attended by Dr. Eduardo “Edza” Zialcita, Dean of the Graduate School and Dr. Dexter Soguilon, Assistant Dean for Academics, Research, and Internationalization. StratEd Global Middle East was represented by its Chairman, Dr. Joseph M. Lardizabal, alongside its Operations Director, Mr. Jan Emille C. Tena.
As part of the initiative to expand academic opportunities for the Filipino diaspora and international workers, StratEd Global announced that it will host a series of information sessions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi during the second half of 2026 to assist prospective students with inquiries and enrollment procedures.
